- 2025 Renewal Notices
2025 renewals were emailed around March 3rd to all members with a certificate in 2024. If you do not have an email address registered with us, you will receive a renewal notice by regular mail. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder first and then send an email to phrfle@gmail.com and we will resend. If you have not been a member for several years and need a renewal letter, please send an email to phrfle@gmail.com. The 2025 Renewal Fee is $40.00. RENEWALS AFTER MAY 15TH WILL BE $50.00. Payment can be made using Venmo. The venmo user name is @PHRF-LE , or use phrfle@gmail.com; Registered Phone #: 440-667-0745. Or send a check by regular mail. You can also pay by credit card with the link on the home page. - 2025 Certificates – 2025 Certificates are being emailed upon renewal. With several exceptions, certificates are current as of the last pick up at the post office on 8/26/25 as well as those paid with Square or Venmo. Please be sure to send the signed renewal letter which can be returned by email. Canadian mail has been taking upward of 14 days.
