2025 renewals will be emailed around February 27th to March 5th to all members with a certificate in 2024. If you do not have an email address registered with us, you will receive a renewal notice by regular mail. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder first and then send an email to phrfle@gmail.com and we will resend. If you have not been a member for several years and need a renewal letter, please send an email to phrfle@gmail.com. The 2025 Renewal Fee is $40.00. RENEWALS AFTER MAY 15TH WILL BE $50.00. Payment can be made using Venmo. The venmo user name is @PHRF-LE , or use phrfle@gmail.com; Registered Phone #: 440-667-0745. Or send a check by regular mail. - 2025 Certificates – 2025 Certificates will be emailed upon renewal.
